Potentially Useful Information

  • The distinction between writing with chalk on a cement basement floor and writing with crayons on a wood living room floor is not immediately apparent to toddlers.
  • Magic Erasers will get crayon marks off of wood floors.
  • No one around this house will be using crayons for a long, long time.

On Man! My current 2 year old has decided that crayons are NOT just for paper anymore. They are also for stairwells. Just stairwells and paper. He also has an unusually long attention span. This combined with the hard to notice stairwell idea tends to result in very thouroughly decorated stairwells. I think the person who invented the magic eraser deserves the Nobel prize!
