Oh yes, that sounds exactly like my life

The Monk
You scored 34% Cardinal, 56% Monk, 29% Lady, and 40% Knight!
You live a peaceful, quiet life. Very little danger comes you way and you live a long time. You are wise and modest, but also stagnant. You have little comfort, little food and have taken a vow of silence. But who needs chatter when just sitting in the cloister of your abbey with The Good Book makes you perfectly content.

That was kind of a fun test.

I got Paladin - combination of Lady/Knight. Cool. I've always thought paladins are the best characters in fantasy.

At least there really is an Abbey in your life.

Oh, well, I guessed I'd score "Monk" as well. The "little comfort and little chatter" is pretty funny, really, considering that my husband had to physcially hold my chin to make me stop talking last night.

I scored 15% on Cardinal, 43% on Monk, 77% on Lady, 98% on Knight.

Lady Knight protector anyone?

Surprised anyone (who knows me)? [grin]

You scored 42% Cardinal, 23% Monk, 35% Lady, and 72% Knight!

You are the hero. Brave and bold. You are strong and utterly selfless. You are also a pawn to your superiors and will be lucky if you live very long. If you survive the Holy wars you are thrust into you will be praised for your valor and opportunities both romantic and financial will become available to you.

(Juliana, No surprise here.)

Apparently I haven't read enough fantasy. What on earth is a Paladin?

Juliana and Jeremy--you guys don't even need a quiz. I can see you right now, chasing down bad guys in the parking lot. ;-)

I got the Monk, too. And I didn't think it was very fiting.

A paladin is the fantasy version of a Templar - a knight in holy orders using magic. The best example I can think of is Paksenarrion in Elizabeth Moon's "Deed of Paksenarrion" trilogy.

The Prioress
You scored 15% Cardinal, 53% Monk, 67% Lady, and 35% Knight!

You are a moral person and are also highly intellectual. You like your
solitude but are also kind and helpful to those around you. Guided by a
belief in the goodness of mankind you will likely be christened a saint
after your life is over.

You scored high as both the Lady and the Monk. You can try again to
get a more precise description of either the Monk or the lady, or you
can be happy that you're an individual.

Well, I guess their description is flattering, but I can't get the Canterbury Tales' Prioress out of my head, and that is very much less than flattering.
