I picked t...I relate to your color choosing trauma. I picked the 'perfect color' to blend with the tile in a bathroom, envisioning a complimentary blue ragged-on texture. With the color sample lying on the tile, all agreed that my choice matched well. On the wall the color was dark gray, almost black. Yuk! It didn't even blend. Not wanting to spend money on even less likely colors, I began to mix the 'perfect color' with what paint I already had. After practicing on cardboard, I was able to rag onto the wall two combinations for a happy result, but it was a lot of work. I am glad that you were able to quickly achieve your desire and move on!
